fix: use Gitea Container Registry instead of Aliyun

- Changed registry from Aliyun to git.viaeon.com
- Use GITEA_TOKEN secret for authentication
- Use GITEA_USERNAME variable for username
- Image name: git.viaeon.com/admin/anticaptcha
